World-Wide Calibration & Maintenance Support

Reliability of maintenance support is often the missing piece in the complex jigsaw of long-term production strategy.
Midas-NDT have a major commitment to long term system support and fully recognise the cost of system downtime, we currently have emergency breakdown contracts with customers on five continents world-wide, all contracts are supported from the United Kingdom.
Midas-NDT are official suppliers to International Aero Engines AG and Rolls Royce Plc. for manufacture, installation, spares and maintenance support of automated fan blade inspection equipment and support twenty eight systems at maintenance bases located on five continents world-wide, offering customers total care packages including emergency breakdown contracts, annual maintenance contracts and complete spares support.
Midas-NDT endeavour to offer a range of maintenance services that meet the needs of all customers, whether the customer is a laboratory with occasional inspection requirements or a production centre with critical 24/7 operational patterns.

Our new set of maintenance support options are split into Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels and can all be specifically configured to meet individual customer requirements.
Bronze Maintenance Agreement

Calibration of system(s) to original manufacturer specifications and in accordance with original manufacturer procedures, formal documentation would be issued in accordance with relevant international standards (EN 12668, NADCAP document AC7714-3B, RPS etc.).

Full maintenance assessment of system(s), formal report recommending any necessary maintenance activities.

Full technical support by telephone, fax and e-mail. In the case of an emergency an engineer would be despatched within forty eight hours.
Silver Maintenance Agreement

Calibration of system(s) to original manufacturer specifications and in accordance with original manufacturer procedures, formal documentation would be issued in accordance with relevant international standards (EN 12668, NADCAP document AC7714-3B, RPS etc.).

Full maintenance assessment of system(s), formal report recommending any necessary maintenance activities.

Full technical support by telephone, fax and e-mail. In the case of an emergency an engineer would be despatched within twenty four hours.
Gold Maintenance Agreement

Calibration of system(s) to original manufacturer specifications and in accordance with original manufacturer procedures, formal documentation would be issued in accordance with relevant international standards (EN 12668, NADCAP document AC7714-3B, RPS etc.).

Platinum Maintenance Agreement

Meccasonics Systems

Midas-NDT retain a large quantity of documentation and in in-depth knowledge of most systems manufactured by Meccasonics and are to a large degree capable of offering maintenance services for these old systems.

Midas-NDT would consider all Meccasonics systems on an individual basis and are happy, after surveying system status to offer customers maintenance options that reflect an honest capability of support services.
